This Warranty Policy applies to LED display products purchased directly from ESDLEDS or authorized distributors. Unauthorized purchases are not covered.

The warranty period for ESDLEDS products is typically 1 to 3 years. Please consult your purchase documents for specific details.

ESDLEDS offers technical support, component repair, and replacement during the warranty period.

Warranty services include on-site repair, remote support, and factory return services.

Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, unauthorized repairs, or natural disasters.

To claim warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase, product serial numbers, and a detailed description of the issue. Contact our support team for guidance.

Exclusions include consumable parts, cosmetic damages, and damage caused by third-party modifications.
